Migraine Mini: Side Effects Include Dry Mouth
Adequate hydration is important; the brain is something like 73% water. I never feel like I can hydrate enough! Every time I wake up from a nap I say "Time to rehydrate my brain flakes!" because they feel like dry cereal. I'm on so many meds, several of which impact thermoregulation. I'm just always thirsty. But also I have ADHD and I forget to drink water. Sigh…
For this piece I sprinkled the desiccant packet from a bottle of my meds over the swipe of ink to create the dotted pattern. I repeated this a couple times before accentuating the dots with white ink.
